ExChat combines a structured personality, selected memories, an expressive avatar, and ongoing chat. A persona may be original, based on yourself, or inspired by another person when the necessary rights and permission are in place.
The boundary we will not blur
Generated familiarity is not identity, consciousness, endorsement, or certainty. Real-person and memorial personas remain visibly AI-generated, and ExChat explains when a reply comes from provided material versus model inference.
Control belongs close to the conversation
Users should be able to inspect, correct, export, and delete source material and derived memories. Sensitive personas should remain private by default, with purpose, audience, and access set deliberately.
How this site earns trust
Product pages describe supported workflows without promising perfect imitation. Guides separate direct product facts from general educational material, show review dates, and are updated when the product or evidence changes.
