Public-site analytics
ExChat uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and navigation, and Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions and session-level usability. These providers may process browser and device details, approximate location, visited pages, interaction events, and identifiers or cookies according to their service settings.
Analytics boundaries
Raw chats, uploaded messages, names, persona memories, and private conversation content must never be intentionally sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. The public site has no message-import or persona-data form.
What the final product policy will cover
Before product accounts launch, the final policy must document account data, uploaded material, persona profiles, conversations, memory records, support requests, payment data, technical logs, processors, retention, and whether any data is used for model improvement.
Your choices
Access, correction, export, deletion, consent withdrawal, marketing preferences, and jurisdiction-specific rights will have direct request paths.
