TRUST CENTER

Personal AI needs unusually clear boundaries.

Trust is a product surface. ExChat should explain what the AI is, what it knows, why it answered, and how a user can correct or stop it.

AI, always disclosed

Every persona remains visibly labeled as AI. It cannot claim to be conscious, alive, a licensed professional, or the actual person it may resemble.

Consent before likeness

A living person’s realistic persona requires explicit permission. Public real-person personas are not part of the default product.

Memory with provenance

Important details should point to their source and remain reviewable, editable, exportable, and deletable.

Claims backed by implementation

We will not publish security certifications, user counts, ratings, encryption claims, or model-training promises until they can be verified.
