Do not create a realistic persona of a living person without their explicit permission. Permission should cover the materials used, intended audience, and ability to revoke access.
People who have died
A creator must have a legitimate right to use the material and consider the privacy of living people mentioned in it. Memorial personas remain private and clearly labeled.
Public figures
ExChat is not intended for deceptive celebrity, political, professional, or commercial impersonation.
Revocation
The production process needs a documented request path for a represented person or authorized rights holder to challenge or remove a persona.
